摘要
目的研制临床护士绩效考核公平感量表,并对其进行信效度检验,为合理进行临床护士绩效考核提供科学工具。方法通过2轮专家咨询,形成初始临床护士绩效考核公平感量表。然后对278名临床护士进行预调查,评价其信效度;其中20人在2周后进行重测,对重测信度进行检验。结果初步形成34个条目,经项目分析、探索性因子分析后删除4个条目,应用主成分分析法提取了5个公因子,其累积贡献率为68.444%。该量表总的Cronbach’sα为0.966,折半信度为0.902,2周后重测信度为0.941。各维度与总分间的相关系数介于0.816~0.924之间(P〈0.01)。结论研制的量表信效度较好,可作为评价临床护士绩效考核公平感的工具。
Objective To develop a performance appraisal justice scale for clinical nurses,and to test its reliability and validity,so as to provide more scientific tool for understanding the current status of nurses' performance appraisal fairness. Methods The initial questionnaire was developed based on two- round Delphi consultation.The reliability and validity were tested among 278 clinical nurses,of whom 20 were re- tested for the test- retest reliability after 2 weeks. Results A 34- item questionnaire was originally developed and four of them were deleted after item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Five factors were extracted with cumulative contribution rate of 68.444% by principal component analysis. The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 966. The split- half coefficient was 0.902. The 2- week test- retest reliabilities was 0. 941. The correlation coefficient of each dimension with the total score ranged from 0. 816 to 0. 924( P〈0. 01). Conclusions The Performance Appraisal Fairness Scale for clinical nurses is proved to be reliable and valid,which can be used to assess the performance appraisal fairness of nurses.
