摘要
以广州市某超限高层建筑剪力墙结构为实际工程背景,通过改变结构抗震性能目标D,C,B,分析对比结构在三种不同抗震性能目标下抗震性能与经济效益(工程量)的变化,结果表明:结构的抗震性能在性能目标D,C,B下分别依次增强,而经济效益在性能目标D,C,B下分别依次降低。由此得出关于超限高层建筑剪力墙结构抗震性能设计的一些意见与建议。
Taking an out-of-code high-rise shear wall structure in Guangzhou as an actual engineering background,by changing the seismic performance objectives D,C and B of the structure,the changes in the seismic performance and economic benefits( engineer quantity) were compared and analyzed under the three different seismic performance objectives. The results show that the seismic performance objectives successively increase under the performance objectives of D,C and B,and the economic benefit successively reduces. Some comments and suggestions on the seismic performance design of out-of-code high-rise shear wall structure were provided accordingly.
