摘要
为了解决同时检测饮用水中三卤甲烷(THMs)、卤乙酸(HAAs)所需的预处理步骤繁琐,耗时久的问题,基于EPA的标准液液萃取方法,开发了三卤甲烷和卤乙酸的同步分析方法。将卤乙酸检测时的液液萃取步骤作为三卤甲烷分析的预处理方法,在同步分析两类物质时,可以将每个样品的预处理时间缩短近1h,提高了分析效率。将改良后方法的精密度、准确度和检测极限与国家标准方法进行对比的结果表明,对三卤甲烷类物质,当浓度在1-200μg/L时,改良后方法检测结果与浓度具有良好的线性关系(R2〉0.999),加标回收率为96.68%-103.39%,准确度、精密度和检测极限均优于现行国标方法;对卤乙酸类物质,由于未对预处理和分析过程有实质性改变,检测结果与标准方法相同。
In order to simplify the pretreatment method for the assay of trihalomethanes(THMs)and haloacetic acids(HAAs)in drinking water,a new method to analyze THMs and HAAs synchronously was developed.This new method takes the liquid-liquid extraction step in HAAs test as the pretreatment of THMs test,so it could improve the working efficiency by reducing the pretreatment time of each sample for about one hour in simultaneous test of two matters.Comparing the accuracy,precision and the detection limit of this method with these of national standard method,it showed that when the concentration of THMs were 1-200μg/L,the modified method has a good linear relationship between concentrations of THMs and peak area(R20.999)and its recovery rate was from 96.68% to 103.39%.For HAAs,due to the pretreatment procedures of the two methods were identical,the detecting result from this method was as the same as that from the national standard method.
