摘要
目的探讨NLP(Neuro—Linguistic Programming)工作坊对离异家庭儿童心理韧性的干预效果。方法采用实验组一对照组前后测及跟踪研究设计,运用NLP工作坊对31名低心理韧性水平离异家庭儿童(实验组)进行干预,其余31名低心理韧性水平离异家庭儿童作为对照组。结果干预前两组的心理韧性差异无统计学意义,干预后两组心理韧性评分差异有统计学意义[实验组(3.68±0.37)分,对照组(2.99±0.18)分,t=9.60,P=0.00];追踪6个月后实验组的心理韧性仍维持在较高水平[心理韧性总分前测(2.96±0.17)分,跟踪(3.69±0.35)分,t=10.40,P=0.00]。结论NLP工作坊能有效提高离异家庭儿童的心理韧性;NLP工作坊对离异家庭儿童心理韧性的干预不仅具有即时效果,还具有一定的长期效应。
Objective To investigate the intervention effects of NLP workshop on resilience of chil- dren from divorced family. Methods A pre/post test and subsequent follow-up design between experimental group and control group were performed.Thirty-one children from divorced family with low resilience were intervened by NLP workshop, while the other thirty-one children with low resilience were chosen as the control group. Results There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group before the intervention on resilience.But after the intervention, the two groups achieved statistical significant difference on resilience( experimental group ( 3.68±0.37), control group( 2.99±0.18), t= 9.60, P= 0.00) .Furthermore i the resuhs of follow-up showed that the effect of NLP workshop still existed after six months ( total average score of resilience before intervention ( 2.96 ± 0.17 ) , subsequent follow-ups ( 3.69± 0.35 ), t = 10.40, P = 0.00). Conclusion NLP workshop can enhance the level of resilience of children from divorced family. Effect of NLP workshop not only has short-term effect, but also has some long-term effect.
