摘要
以46/24.4型深沟球轴承为例,建立保持架动力学仿真模型。分析了不同引导间隙、兜孔间隙对保持架打滑率、套圈引导面与保持架间的冲击力、保持架质心轨迹的影响,得出了该工况下的最优保持架间隙,并通过试验验证了仿真分析的正确性。
Taking the 46 /24. 4 type deep groove ball bearings as examples,the dynamics simulation model is established for cages. The influences of different guide clearances and pocket clearances on slip ratio of cages,impact force between guide surface of rings and cages,mass center trajectory of cages are analyzed,and the optimal clearances of cages are obtained under the operating condition. The correctness of simulation analysis is verified by experiments.
