摘要
为了减小套圈热处理变形,通过工艺试验分析造成轴承套圈产生变形的因素,结果表明:改进车工工艺、淬火介质及搅油速度等,可以减小套圈热处理变形。
In order to reduce the distortion during heat treatment of rings,the factors influencing distortion of bearing rings are analyzed through process test. The results show that the distortion of rings is reduced through improving turning process,quenching medium and stirring speed of oil.
