基于双轴中心定位的小孔磨削快速对刀

摘要 根据现有小孔磨削的对刀机理,提出基于工件轴和砂轮轴中心定位的砂轮对刀方法,并分析了实现中心定位的方法。实践表明:双轴中心定位可以有效降低小孔磨削的对刀难度,提高对刀效率。 According to existing tool setting mechanism for small hole grinding,the grinding wheel tool setting method is put forward based on workpiece axis and grinding wheel axis centralized positioning. The method is analyzed for realizing centralized positioning. The practice shows that the two- axis centralized positioning is able to reduce effectively the difficulty of tool setting for small hole grinding,and improve the efficiency of tool setting.
