摘要
为去除调心滚子轴承、圆锥滚子轴承冲压保持架的表面锈蚀、毛刺及锐边,改善表面质量,设计制作了一种新型冲压保持架旋转抛光装置,利用该装置实现了保持架去毛刺的半自动化加工,生产效率、产品合格率大大提高。
A new rotary polishing device for stamped cages is designed and manufactured to remove surface rust,burrs and sharp edges of stamped cages of spherical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings and improve surface quality.The polishing machine is manually used to realize semi- automatic processing for removing burrs of cages,and the production efficiency and product qualification ratio are greatly improved.
