摘要
根据高铁轴承运行时的工况条件,提出高铁轴承试验台粉尘箱采用内循环的方式模拟其实际的工况环境。利用CFX软件中湍流模型和离散相模型,对粉尘箱内不同尺寸尘粒和流场速度、方向进行数值模拟,得到了风扇配置等因素对气流和尘粒运动轨迹的影响。结果表明:4台风扇均匀排布在直径为420 mm的圆周上,相邻风扇反向转动,同时保证风扇中心平面与被测轴承端面相距150 mm,才能够使粉尘箱内的环境与高铁轴承实际工况条件近似。
According to operating condition of high- speed railway bearings,the internal circulation is put forward to simulate the actual operating condition of dust box of high- speed railway bearing test bench. The dust particles with different sizes,speed and direction of flow field in dust box are numerically simulated by using turbulent model and discrete- phase model in software CFX,and the influence of fans arrangement on airflow and motion track of dust particles are obtained. The results show that the four fans are uniformly arranged at the circumference with a diameter of 420 mm,and the adjacent fans rotate in reverse,while ensuring the 150 mm distance between central plane of fans and end face of test bearings,so as to make the condition of dust box similar to actual operating condition of high- speed railway bearings.
