摘要 基于第3代轮毂轴承单元结构与轴向游隙经典计算模型,提出了基于沟道轴向综合位置变差的轴向游隙计算模型,并用513089型轮毂轴承单元的相应数据进行验证。计算机仿真结果与理论计算结果相吻合,表明该模型可以用于轮毂轴承智能装配。 According to classical computational model for structure and axial clearance of third generation hub bearing unit,the computational model for axial clearance is put forward on the basis of axial comprehensive position variation of raceway. The model is verified by using relevant data of hub bearing unit 513089. The computer simulation result is consistent with the theoretical computation result. The results show that the model can be applied to intelligent selection and assembly of hub bearings.
