摘要
针对增量式光电编码器在永磁同步电机工作中存在的初始定位问题,提出了使用低频旋转电压信号注入法,通过检测注入信号作用下电机转子发生微小转动的时刻,确定转子初始位置的方法。通过详细分析永磁同步电机在低频旋转电压信号下的位置变化及其原理,论述了该方法的可行性。在此基础上,基于dspace半实物仿真实验平台设计了实验方案并构建实验系统。实验结果表明,该方法能够获得准确的电机转子初始位置,实现电机的快速起动。
A initial position detection method of permanent magnetic synchronous motor( PMSM) based on low frequency rotating voltage injection wss proposed in this paper. The initial position of PMSM can be obtained by using the incremental photoelectric encoder detect the tiny rotation of rotor under the low frequency voltage signal injection. The principle of the method was analyzed in detail,and the experimental system on the d SPACE semi-physical simulation platform was designed. The experimental results indicate that the rotor initial position can be obtained exactly by the method proposed. On this basis,the motor can be started rapidly.
