复方依山红化学成分的研究

Study on Chemical Composition for the Compound Recipe of Yishanhong

目的：研究复方依山红的化学成分。方法：采用乙醇渗漉提取,利用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果：从复方依山红中分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为2,2＇-氧代双（1,4-二叔丁苯）（1）、棕榈酸（2）、白桦脂酸（3）、硬脂酸（4）、8-甲雷杜辛（5）、芒柄花素（6）、香草酸（7）、槲皮素（8）、木犀草素（9）、没食子酸（10）、二十二烷酸（11）、1,6-己内酰胺（12）、齐墩果酸（13）、相思子碱（14）。结论：化合物1~14主要是黄酮类和酚酸类成分,其中化合物1、5、11、12为首次从该复方中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents for the compound recipe of Yishanhong. Methods：Percolation extraction with ethanol was applied on the compound,which is to be separated and purified by Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Structural identification of the compound was conducted based on the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results： Fourteen compounds were isolated from Yishanhong,and identified as 2,2＇-oxybis（1,4-di-tert-butylbenzene）（1）,palmitic acid（2）,betulinic acid（3）,stearic acid（4）,8-O-Methylreyusi（5）,formononetin（6）,vanillic acid（7）,quercetin（8）,luteolin（9）,gallic acid（10）,behenic acid（11）,1,6-Caprolactam（12）,oleanolic acid（13）,abrine（（14）. Conclusion： Those compounds which isolated from Yishanhong are mainly flavonoids and phenolic acids. The compound 1,5,11 and 12 were isolated from Yishanhong for the first time.
