摘要
目的:研究复方依山红的化学成分。方法:采用乙醇渗漉提取,利用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从复方依山红中分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为2,2'-氧代双(1,4-二叔丁苯)(1)、棕榈酸(2)、白桦脂酸(3)、硬脂酸(4)、8-甲雷杜辛(5)、芒柄花素(6)、香草酸(7)、槲皮素(8)、木犀草素(9)、没食子酸(10)、二十二烷酸(11)、1,6-己内酰胺(12)、齐墩果酸(13)、相思子碱(14)。结论:化合物1~14主要是黄酮类和酚酸类成分,其中化合物1、5、11、12为首次从该复方中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents for the compound recipe of Yishanhong. Methods:Percolation extraction with ethanol was applied on the compound,which is to be separated and purified by Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Structural identification of the compound was conducted based on the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated from Yishanhong,and identified as 2,2'-oxybis(1,4-di-tert-butylbenzene)(1),palmitic acid(2),betulinic acid(3),stearic acid(4),8-O-Methylreyusi(5),formononetin(6),vanillic acid(7),quercetin(8),luteolin(9),gallic acid(10),behenic acid(11),1,6-Caprolactam(12),oleanolic acid(13),abrine((14). Conclusion: Those compounds which isolated from Yishanhong are mainly flavonoids and phenolic acids. The compound 1,5,11 and 12 were isolated from Yishanhong for the first time.
