探索欧盟软权力资源的逻辑思考——基于约瑟夫·奈理论局限的反思

The Logical Thinking on Exploring the EU's Soft Power Resources——Based on the Reflection of the Theoretical Limitations of Joseph S. Nye

欧盟的软权力主要体现在其数次和平扩大的过程中,但欧盟软权力的资源不能一概而论,而是应该结合欧盟扩大的具体史实,进行归纳和分析。在分析、反思约瑟夫·奈教授关于欧洲软权力资源论述的基础上,结合欧盟扩大的实践,认为欧盟软权力的资源不是似是而非的欧洲大众文化,而是欧盟对他国有吸引力的各种权力资源,它们以国家利益的形式集中表现出来。

This paper holds the view that the EU＇s soft power is mainly reflected in its several peaceful process of enlargements. But the EU＇s soft power resources can not be generalized,rather they should be summarized and analyzed,combined with the specific facts of EU＇s enlargements. Based on the reflection of the EU＇s soft power resources by Joseph S. Nye,and combined with the practice of the EU＇s enlargements,this paper considers a variety of attractive power resources,which in the form of national interests,as the true soft power resources of the EU rather than the Europe＇s popular culture which many people take for granted.
