维生素D3水平及总抗氧化能力与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

Correlation between vitamin D3 level and total antioxidative capacity with carotid atherosclerosis

目的探讨维生素D_3(VitD_3)水平及总抗氧化能力(TAOC)与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选取80例颈动脉粥样硬化患者作为观察对象,并选择50例健康者作为对照,比较两组VitD_3、TAOC水平。然后分别按照颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉狭窄程度进行分组,比较不同颈动脉IMT、不同颈动脉狭窄程度之间VitD_3、TAOC水平,分析颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清VitD_3与TAOC水平相关性。结果与对照组相比,颈动脉粥样硬化组患者VitD_3、TAOC水平显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进行分组后,随着颈动脉IMT增厚及狭窄程度的加重,VitD_3、TAOC水平显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清VitD_3与TAOC水平呈正相关(r=0.586,P<0.05)。结论 VitD_3、TAOC水平与颈动脉粥样硬化呈正相关,与健康人群相比,颈动脉粥样硬化患者VitD_3、TAOC水平显著降低,且随着颈动脉IMT增厚及狭窄程度加重而明显下降。

Objective To investigate the correlation of vitamin D3 （VitD3） level and total antioxidative capacity （TAOC） with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Totally 80 cases of carotid atherosclerosis and 50 healthy individuals were selected as the observation subjects and controls respectively for comparing the levels of VitD3 and TAOC between them. Then carotid atherosclerosis cases were respectively grouped by the carotid intima-media thickness （IMT） and carotid stenosis degree. After that,levels of VitD3 and TAOC were respectively compared among different groups. The correlation of level of VitD3 and TAOC was analyzed. Results Compared with the healthy control group,the levels of VitD3 and TAOC in the carotid atherosclerosis were statistically decreased （P〈0.05）. After grouping,levels of VitD3 and TAOC were significantly decreased with the carotid arterial IMT thickening the stenosis degree aggravation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In addition,the VitD3 level was positively correlated with TAOC in the carotid atheroselerosis patients（r=0. 586 ,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion VitD3 and TAOC have significant correlation with carotid atheroselerosis. Levels of VitD3 and TAOC in the carotid atherosclerosis patients are significantly decreased compared with healthy subjects,moreover are obviously decreased with the carotid IMT thickening and carotid stenosis degree aggravation.
