摘要 使用激光颗粒分析仪在线测量三旋入口、烟机入口管道中催化剂颗粒粒度、浓度的分布及变化趋势,能够准确地测定出三旋的分离效率,有效地保证烟气轮机在合适的工况下运行,延长烟气轮机的使用寿命。从激光颗粒分析仪的原理入手,阐述了其在催化裂解(DCC)装置中的系统组成、日常维护和常见故障排除。 The laser particle analyzer is used to measure catalyst particle concentration, particle size and change trend at the inlet of three-stage cyclone separator and flue gas turbine, the separation efficiency of cyclone separator is accurately determined to effectively ensure the flue gas turbine running under normal operating conditions, extending the life of the turbine. In this paper, the principle of laser particle analyzer was introduced; system components, routine maintenance and common troubleshooting in the catalytic cracking were discussed.
