摘要
永磁同步电机具有其他电机无可比拟的优点,如转矩密度高、运行效率高等。首先对永磁同步电机(PMSM)的数学模型进行了推导,对其矢量控制原理进行了分析,在此基础上,开发了以TI公司DSP/TMS320F28335为主控芯片的PMSM矢量控制系统硬件平台,对电流检测、速度检测硬件及驱动单元进行了设计,同时给出了实现矢量控制的电流环及速度环软件流程,并进行了实验,实验结果验证了本文方法的有效性。
Compared with other motors,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has many advantages,such as high torque density,high efficiency and etc.First,the mathematical model of PMSM is derived.The vector control principle of PMSM is analyzed.Furthermore,a PMSM vector control hardware platform based on TI DSP/TMS320F28335 is developed.Hardwares of current sensing,angular speed detection and inverter are introduced.At the same time,software flow charts of current loop and speed loop for vector control are given.The experiment is carried out and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
