摘要
公安治理是国家治理现代化的重要组成部分,同时是政府治理不可或缺的有机组成部分。公安治理关系到国家和政府治理现代化的实现,对于完善与推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。树立科学的治理理念,是推进公安治理的前提条件;人民民主是公安治理的基石;现代法治是公安治理的核心;基础治理是公安治理的着眼点和难点。
Public security governance is an important component of state governance modernization and an indispensable and organic component of government＇ s governing as well.Public security governance concerns the realization of state and government＇s governance modernization and has realistic significance and theoretical value to improve and promote state governing system and governing ability.The establishment of scientific governance ideas is the precondition of advancing public security governing.People＇ s democracy is the basis of public security governing.Modern ruling by law is the core of public security governance.Basic governing is the starting point and difficulty of public security governance.
