摘要
为研究山东省企业员工心理焦虑、职业倦怠现状,用焦虑自评量表及职业倦怠量表对山东省17地市的1343名企业员工进行了问卷调查。结果发现企业员工身心衰竭和缺乏成就感比较严重,去个性化、焦虑不太严重。人力资源密集型企业、高压、工作繁重更易产生焦虑及倦怠情况。企业员工心理焦虑与职业倦怠与性别、学历、工龄、年龄等因素有密切关系,男职工的职业倦怠比女职工严重;学历水平越低,职业倦怠、焦虑越严重;40-50岁员工职业倦怠最明显。要让员工正确认识职业倦怠,并通过建立社会支持网络、建立身心保健机制、营造积极向上的企业文化来减少职业倦怠。
In order to research the situation of Shandong enterprises' employees' psychological anxiety and job burnout, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) are used to investigate 1343 employees in 17 cities across Shandong Province. The result is that employees' physical and mental exhaustion and lack of sense of achievements is quite serious, but is not for the deindividuation and anxiety. Human resource-intensive enterprise, high tension and busy work tend to cause anxiety and job burnout. This phenomenon has much connection with gender, education background, length of service and age. Male employee's job burnout is more serious than the female's. The less education they receive, the more serious job burnout and anxiety becomes. It has the most obvious reflection in the employees aged from 40 to 50. Employees should be encouraged to have a good understanding of job burnout and reduce it by establishing society-supported network, setting up physical and mental protection system and building positive enterprise culture.
