摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以发展非奥项目为核心出发点,分别从他组织与自组织视角对其现有发展格局展开论述,并深入挖掘其现存弊病,主要表现为他组织化的因袭陈规与自组织化的任其自流。在此基础上发现,借助影响力资源可使非奥项目审时度势的蓬勃发展。分析得出体育明星影响力、体育动画影响力、广告媒体影响力、时尚运动影响力可有效改善非奥项目现有格局,将成为未来加速非奥项目发展的强大催化剂。
Uses the method of documentation,logical analysis and etc,the paper focused on the development of non-Olympic projects,Start the discussion of its development pattern from his-organization and self-organization perspective,and excavates its existing shortcomings,mainly characterized by his-organization's overly prescriptive and self-organization's lie scattered. Based on this discovery,with the influence resources can make the non Olympic projects developed rapidly. The result of analysis shows that in the future sports stars influence、sports animation influence、advertising media influence、Fashion movement influence can improve its development.
