摘要
为了提高发电机定子烘干过程的安全性、可靠性和工作效率,分析发电机定子传统干燥法的不足,从发电机空转可快速提升定、转子绝缘获得启发,总结出定子干燥新方法,通过对比传统法与新法的干燥时间和干燥效果,证明采取热风、高速气流、降低空气湿度的组合式新干燥法,比传统方法更安全、高效,值得推广应用。
To improve the safety, reliability and working efficiency of generator stator drying process, a new drying method, through analyzing the shortages of traditional method, is proposed from the inspiration that generator idling can quicken the insulation of stator and rotor. Through comparing the drying time and drying effects of traditional and new methods, it is proved that the new method, adopting hot air, high speed airflow and lower air humidity, is more safe and efficient than the traditional method; therefore, the new method is well worth popularizing.
