护肾Ⅱ号对慢性肾脏病1~4期患者头发生长特性及生物力学的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Hushen No.Ⅱ on Hair Growth Characteristics and Biomechanics in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease at Stage 1-4

摘要 【目的】观察慢性肾脏病(CKD)1~4期患者头发生长特性及生物力学改变及护肾Ⅱ号的干预作用,以期丰富和发展"肾其华在发"理论。【方法】将100例CKD 1~4期患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用护肾Ⅱ号。另招募健康志愿者20例作为健康对照组。采用CBS-1800皮肤检测分析系统检测3组治疗前后枕部头发密度、头发直径、白发率的变化,微力材料试验机(Instron 5848 Micro Tester)检测3组治疗前后头发抗拉强度、拉伸应变的变化。【结果】治疗前,对照组、治疗组头发密度、白发率、抗拉强度、拉伸应变值均低于健康组(P〈0.05);3组头发直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗后,对照组、治疗组头发密度大于治疗前(P〈0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P〈0.05);对照组白发率与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但治疗组白发率低于治疗前(P〈0.05);对照组抗拉强度、拉伸应变与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但治疗组抗拉强度、拉伸应变高于治疗前(P〈0.05)。【结论】CKD 1~4期患者头发密度降低、白发率升高,头发的脆性增加、韧性降低,护肾Ⅱ号能显著增加CKD 1~4期患者的头发密度、韧性,降低患者白发率和头发脆性。其丰富和发展了"肾其华在发"理论。 Objective To investigate the changes of hair growth characteristics and biomechanics in patients with chronic kidney disease at stage 1-4(CKD 1-4) and to observe the intervention effect of Hushen No. Ⅱ,thus to enrich and develop the theory of kidney having its manifestations in hair. Methods One hundred cases of patients suffering from CKD 1-4 were recruited and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Hushen No.Ⅱ orally. Twenty healthy volunteers served as the normal control. And then CBS-1800 skin detection system was used to test the changes of hair density,hair diameter,and white hair rate of the three groups before and after treatment. Instron 5848 Micro Tester was used to test the changes of hair tensile strength and tensile strain. Results Compared with the normal group,hair density,white hair rate,hair tensile strength, tensile strain of the control group and the treatment group were low before treatment(P〈0.05). Hair diameter in the three groups was not statistically different(P〉0.05). After treatment,hair density of the control group and the treatment group was significantly increased(P〈0.05 compared with that before treatment), the increase of the treatment group being superior to that of the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment,white hair rate of the control group was not different from that before treatment(P〉0.05), while white hair rate of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P〈0.05). After treatment,hair tensile strength and tensile strain of the control group had no difference from those before treatment(P〉0.05),while hair tensile strength and tensile strain of the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion CKD 1-4 patients have lower hair density, higher white hair rate, higher hair brittleness,and lower hair tenacity. Hushen No. Ⅱ exerts certain effect on improving the hair growth characteristics and biomechanics. The results may enrich and develop the theory of kidney having its manifestations in hair.
