中风防治灵Ⅰ号配合敷脐疗法治疗痰热腑实型脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zhongfeng Fangzhiling Recipe 1 Plus Umbilical Therapy in Treating Cerebral Infarction with Phlegm-heat Fu-organ Excess Syndrome

【目的】观察中风防治灵Ⅰ号配合大黄敷脐疗法治疗痰热腑实型缺血性中风(脑梗死)患者的临床疗效。【方法】将80例痰热腑实型脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规基础治疗的同时,给予中风防治灵Ⅰ号方(太子参、制何首乌、大黄、决明子、胆南星、水蛭、天麻、全蝎)配合大黄敷脐疗法治疗,2组均治疗14 d。观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及中医证候分类积分的变化,并评价2组的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗组总有效率为92.5%,优于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组的神经功能缺损评分及中医证候分类积分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组的下降作用均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】中风防治灵Ⅰ号配合大黄敷脐疗法能明显改善痰热腑实型缺血性中风患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhongfeng Fangzhiling Recipe 1 plus umbilical therapy in treating cerebral infarction with phlegm-heat fu-organ excess syndrome. Methods Eighty cerebral infarction patients with phlegm-heat fu-organ excess syndrome were randomized into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was given Zhongfeng Fangzhiling Recipe 1（mainly composed of Radix Pseudostellariae, prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Semen Cassiae, Arisaema Cum Bile, Hirudo, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Scorpio） plus umbilical application of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei on the basis of treatment for the control group. The treatment of both groups covered 14 days. The neurological deficit scores and scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of both groups were observed before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect of both groups was evaluated after treatment. Results（1）The total effective rate of the treatment group was92.5%,and that of the control group was 75.0%, the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2）After treatment,neurological deficit scores and scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of both groups were decreased（P0.01 compared with those before treatment）,and the decrease of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Zhongfeng Fangzhiling Recipe 1 plus Radix et Rhizoma Rhei umbilical therapy is effective on relieving the symptoms and improving the quality of life of cerebral infarction patients with phlegm-heat fu-organ excess syndrome.
