针刺手三阴经原穴对高、低血压模型大鼠经穴特异性的影响 被引量:9

Acupiont Specificity Study of Hypertension/Hypotension Rat Models Treated with Acupuncture on Source Points of Three Yin Meridians of Hand

摘要 【目的】通过观察针刺手三阴经原穴和非穴对高、低血压模型大鼠血压的影响,研究代表不同经脉的原穴对血压影响的特异性及针刺作用的双向性。【方法】研究分为高血压部分和低血压部分。2部分均分为手三阴经原穴组、非穴组、模型组和空白组,每组6只。除了模型组和空白组外,其余各组均进行针刺治疗,连续7 d。治疗结束后所有动物均进行血压(BP)检测,每只大鼠连续测量5次,取平均血压值。【结果】1原穴降压作用特异性的比较:各组大鼠各时间点血压均高于空白组,低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明针刺具有一定的降压作用。其中神门组与太渊组降压效果较大陵组和非穴组显著(P<0.05),神门组与太渊组降压效果相仿(P>0.05),大陵组降压效果与非穴组相仿(P>0.05)。2原穴升压作用特异性的比较:各针刺组大鼠各时间点血压均显著低于空白组,显著高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明针刺具有一定的升压作用。其中,非穴组血压显著低于手三阴原穴组(P<0.05),神门组与大陵组升压效果相仿,但高于太渊组(P<0.05)。【结论】针刺对高、低血压均有良性调整作用,手三阴经原穴对血压的调节作用优于非穴,且神门的双向调节作用最明显,表明原穴具有一定特异性作用。 Objective To observe the effect on blood pressure of hypertension/hypotension rat models treated with acupuncture on the source points or non-acupoints of three yin meridians of hand,and to explore the specificity impact of source points on blood pressure and the bi-directional regulation of acupuncture. Methods The study covered hypertension model test and hypotension model test. SD rats with hypertension/hypotension were randomly divided into source points of three yin meridians of hand group(source points group),non-acupoint group, model group, and blank group, 6 rats in each group. Except model group and blank group, other groups were given acupuncture treatment for 7 continuous days. After the treatment, blood pressure of various groups was measured for 5 times continuously,and the average value of blood pressure was calculated. Results(1) Comparison of antihypertensive effect of source points: Blood pressure of source points group and nonacupoint group at each time points was higher than that of the blank group, but lower than the model group,the difference being statistically significant(P〈0.05), which showed that acupuncture had an antihypertensive effect. Besides,the antihypertensive effects of Shenmen(HT7) and Taiyuan(LU9) were superior to Daling(PC7) and non-acupoint(P〈0.05),but the differences between Shenmen and Taiyuan and those between Daling(PC7) and non-acupoint were insignificant(P〉0.05).(2) Comparison of pressor effect of source points:Blood pressure of source points group and non-acupoint group at each time point was lower than that of the blank group,but higher than the model group,the difference being statistically significant(P〈0.05),which showed that acupuncture had a pressor effect. The pressure of non-acupoint group was lower than the source points group(P〈0.05). The pressor effect of Shenmen was similar to that of Daling, but higher than that of Taiyuan(P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture has positive regulation of hypertension or hypotension, and the effect of acupuncture on source points of three yin meridians of hand is superior to that of non-acupoint. Moreover,Shenmen(HT7)has obvious bi-directional regulation,indicating that the effect of the source point is specific.
