扶正抑瘤口服液和养血止痒片的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Fuzheng Yiliu Oral Solution and Yangxue Zhiyang Tablets with Thin-layer Chromatography

【目的】建立扶正抑瘤口服液和养血止痒片的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。【方法】采用TLC法对扶正抑瘤口服液中的人参、黄芪,养血止痒片中的熟地黄、当归分别进行定性鉴别。【结果】各药材的薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强,且无阴性干扰。【结论】该方法可用在展开剂条件下同时定性鉴别处方中的2种药材,有效控制扶正抑瘤口服液和养血止痒片的质量。

objective To establish a thin- layer chromatography（TLC）method for the identification of Fuzheng Yiliu Oral Solution and Yangxue Zhiyang Tablets. Methods Qualitative identification with TLC was carried out for Radix Ginseng and Radix Astragali from Fuzheng Yiliu Oral Solution,and for Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Radix Angekicae Sinensis from Yangxue Zhiyang Tablets. Results The chromatograms of the samples had specific characteristics,having no negative interference. Conclusion The established method can be applied for the quality control of Fuzheng Yiliu Oral Solution and Yangxue Zhiyang Tablets.
