摘要
观察糖尿病患者人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)、柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)和胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)、谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADAb)及空腹血糖水平(FPG)的变化,分析其临床意义,选取我院2012年10月到2014年10月期间,收治的糖尿病患者共130例。根据糖尿病患者的病情将患者分为1型糖尿病患者(T1DM)和2型糖尿病患者(T2DM),每组各65例,1型糖尿病患者(T1DM)为A组,2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)为B组,另外再选取65例健康人作对照C组,对各组人员的胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)、谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADAb)及空腹血糖水平(FPG)、人巨细胞病毒Ig M抗体(HCMV-Ig M)、人巨细胞病毒Ig G抗体(HCMV-Ig G)、柯萨奇B组病毒Ig M抗体(CVB-Ig M)水平进行检测,并探究其临床意义。比较ICA、GADAb、抗HCMV-Ig M、抗HCMV-Ig G、抗CVB-Ig M,A组的阳性率分别为32.3%、72.3%、43.1%、58.5%、26.2%,B组的阳性率分别为3.2%、41.5%、7.7%、24.6%、3.1%,C组人员的阳性率为3.1%、21.5%、3.1%、3.1%、0%,A、B两组分别与C组比较,B组的抗HCMV-Ig G和ICA抗体的检测阳性率与C组有明显的差异(p<0.05)。FPG水平比较,A、B、C三组具有明显的差异(p<0.05)。检测人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)、柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)和胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)、谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADAb)及空腹血糖水平(FPG)水平,对糖尿病患者的临床诊断具有重要的意义。
To observe the cytomegalovirus(HCMV), Coxsackie virus B(CVB) and islet cell antibodies(ICA) of diabetes patients, the change of glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody(GADAb) and fasting blood glucose(FPG)as well as analyze the clinical significance, our hospital has received and cured a total of 130 cases of diabetic patients from October 2012 to October 2014. According to the condition of diabetes patients, the patients were divided into type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) and type 2 diabetes(T2DM). Each group contained 65 cases. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) was Group A, while patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) was group B, and then we selected 65 cases of healthy persons as control group C. The islet cell antibodies(ICA),glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody(GADAb) and fasting blood glucose(FPG), human cytomegalovirus Ig M antibody(HCMV-Ig M), human cytomegalovirus Ig G antibody(HCMV-Ig G) and Coxsackie B virus Ig M antibody(CVB-Ig M) levels of each team were detected, and explored their clinical significance. Compared with ICA,GADAb, anti HCMV-Ig M, HCMV-Ig G, the positive rate of Group A were 32.3%、72.3%、43.1%、58.5%、26.2%,respectively, while the positive rate of Group B were 3.2%、41.5%、7.7%、24.6%、3.1%, respectively, as well as the positive rate of Group C were 3.1%, 21.5%, 3.1%, 3.1%, 0%, respectively. Group A and Group B were compared with group C. The positive rate of HCMV-Ig G and ICA antibody detection of group B had significant difference compared with group C(p〈0.05). By FPG level comparison, A, B, C three groups had significant differences(p〈0.05). Detection of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV), Coxsackie B group of viruses(CVB) and islet cell antibodies(ICA), glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody(GADAb) and fasting plasma glucose levels(FPG) levels in patients with diabetes played an important role in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes patients.
