The important indexes of mechanical performance of the aircraft acrylic sheets have been investigated including tensile strength（high-temperature tensile strength）,fracture toughness,and the crazing resistance.And several factors influencing the stability and accuracy of the test have been discussed from the perspective of sheet testing.Therefore,the usability of the resulting test method has been achieved
