网络性能评价综述

摘要 对网络性能进行科学合理的评价,有助于网络管理人员及时准确地了解网络的运行状况,为网络管理人员改善网络运行状况优化网络性能提供决策依据。目前,网络性能的评价方法分为定性评价和定量评价两种方法。定性的评价方法,是指通过简单地测量网络的运行指标,观测网络的运行状况,根据用户体验和网络性能分析评价人员的主观经验来对网络的总体运行状况给出一个粗略的评价。与定性的评价方法相比,定量的评价方法评价过程更加科学,评价的结果也更加准确,更有利于运维人员和用户对网络性能进行深入的分析。定量的网络性能评价方法主要包括四种:测量法,数学分析法,软件模拟法和综合法。 Scientific and rational network performance evaluation is useful for users to accurately understand net-work running conditions in time, and provides basis for network maintenance personnel to improve network operating conditions and to optimize network performance. Currently, network performance evaluation methods are divided into qualitative evaluation method and quantitative evaluation method. By qualitative evaluation method refers to a rough evaluation which is made by measuring network running index, by observing network running conditions and by user experience and subjective experience of network performance evaluators. Compared with the qualitative evaluation method, the quantitative evaluation method is more scientific and better and its evaluation results are more accurate, which is better for maintenance personnel to analyze network performance. There are four quantitative evaluation methods, including measurement method, mathematical analysis method, soft-ware simulation method and synthesis method. The network performance evaluation is studied in terms of net-work performance analysis model, influential factor, evaluation index, evaluation method classification, parameter weight calculation method, commonly quantitative research tool, etc.
