摘要 对于SDT-Q600差热-热重同步测定仪在使用过程中出现的异常形态热重曲线,从仪器结构和测试原理入手,细致分析了异常形态产生的原因,发现外界的震动、气氛气体的扰动、天平失稳、加样方式不妥以及样品本身特殊的物理、化学特性均会对热重曲线产生干扰,需要谨慎排查和处理,并采取合适的方法积极预防或削减这些干扰因素,确保测试结果的准确可靠。 The causes of unusual thermogravimetric (TG) curves recorded on TA SDT-Q600 weight and heat flow synchronism thermal analyzer were systematically studied in terms of instrument structure and analysis mechanism. It was found that many factors including the environmental vibration, purge gas turbulence, balance destabilization, inappropriate loading method as well as chemical and physical property of sample would influence the reliability of the results obtained. In order to guarantee accuracy and trustiness of TG, it is necessary to carefully analyze and check the origins of abnormal curves, and accordingly take efficient measures to actively prevent and reduce the effect of the above mentioned factors.
