摘要
选择了110名少先队大队辅导员,采用"我是谁"测验分析少先队大队辅导员的职业角色定位;采用"少先队是什么"测验,探究少先队大队辅导员的职业认知水平,通过分析两者之间的关系,揭示少先队大队辅导员的职业角色定位与角色认知之间的关系。结果表明,仅有30%的被试能清晰地将自己定位为少先队大队辅导员,且被试职业定位越清晰,在职业认知水平测验中的成绩越好。该结果有助于指导现阶段我国少先队大队辅导员的培训与选拔。
In China Young Pioneers counselors are particular part of teachers. Most of them bear the role in teaching the main courses and the Young Pioneers' course,and some of them are head teachers. The complex roles of Young Pioneer counselors determine both their career characters and their work performance. 110 aged 21- 50 Young Pioneers counselors enrolled in this research on analyzing the relationship between Young Pioneers counselors' career orientation and career cognition. Participants were asked to finished two different tasks( 10m) at different times. One task is " Who I am?",which can reflect Young Pioneers counselors' career orientation and the other task is " What is Young Pioneer?",reflecting Young Pioneers counselors ' career cognition. The results indicated that only 30% of the participants showed clear career orientation and the participants with higher lucid career orientation presented higher career cognition.
