高校辅导员工作压力与其人格特质关系的实证研究——以四川省高校辅导员为例 被引量:2

摘要 采用《高校辅导员工作压力调查问卷》与《艾森克成人人格特质问卷》对四川省高校辅导员进行调查研究,结果显示:四川省高校辅导员普遍感受到工作压力。其中,学生安全和工资待遇带来的压力最大;行政部门、职位晋升、专业发展和工作负担带来的压力比较大。在人格特质因素上,内外向人格特质可预测专业发展、职位晋升、工资待遇、工作负担和学生家长压力;神经质人格特质可预测学生安全、工作负担、学生家长/人际关系压力和行政部门压力;精神质人格特质可预测职位晋升压力。 Through " the questionaire of College Counselors' work stress" and " the questionnaire of Ericsson's adult personality ",research on College Counselors in Sichuan province showed that college counselors in Sichuan province generally suffer from the pressure of their work; the pressure from the safety of students and salaries is the greatest while the stress from administrative departments,job promotion,professional development and work burden is relatively larger; on factors of personality,introversion personality can predict their professional development,promotion,salary,work burden and parents stress; neuroticism can indicate the students' safety,work burden,parents / interpersonal relationship pressure and administration pressure; psychoticism personality can foresee job promotion pressure.
