Fu Sinian and Marc Bloch are both contemporary master of Chinese and western historiography. They have a far-reaching influence on historical studies and they are the pioneer of two historical schools.In the purport of the rule history, they have some similarities and differences.This article tries a comparative research in four aspects from the origins, the methods, the purposes and the achievements of historiography.
