为了适应高校信息化教学建设发展的形势,满足高校教学改革发展的需求,优化传统教学管理体系,在分析高校信息化教学建设现状的基础上,对高校实施信息化教学管理的重要作用及其相关的发展途径进行探讨,阐述了高校信息化教学建设应采取的研究思路、方法及实施途径,提出高校信息化教学建设研究的保障条件与措施。

In order to adapt to the development of information education in colleges, meet the needs of the teaching reform, optimize the traditional teaching management system, this paper, based on the current situation of the informatization of teaching management in colleges, discusses the important role of the practice of teaching and management of information technology and analyzes its related developing ways, related upgrade and development of teaching management system, and comes up with the on guaranteeing the construction of information education.
