乳腺癌是一个与日俱增的公共健康问题。近年来实质性的治疗乳腺癌的方法已有一定进展,但是女性逐渐升高的患病风险以及治疗的困难性说明现有的乳腺癌的风险评估方法已经不太适用。引进新的途径对近期数据进行风险预测,并用于治疗已是形势所趋。综述了乳腺癌的风险预测模型、风险评估指征以及乳腺癌的治疗方法。

Breast cancer is becoming a public health problem. Substantial progress has been made in thetreatment of breast cancer,but in recent years,the increased risk of women and the difficulty of treatmentillustrate the present risk assessment methods are not applicable. Therefore,the introduction of new ap-proaches for risk prediction,and for treatment have become the trend. This paper reviewed the risk predic-tion model,the risk assessment,and the treatment of breast cancer.
