沙门氏菌优化检测方法在预防性体检便样检验中的作用

The role of Salmonella detection method in the prevention of physical examination

目的探讨沙门氏菌优化检测方法在预防性体检便样检验中的作用,从而加强卫生监督。方法选取自2015年1月-2015年5月期间在我院检验科进行预防性体检的400名从事食品卫生行业人员的便样标本作为研究样本,根据检测方法的不同分为试验组和对照组,每组均对400份样本进行检测,试验组的样本采用沙门氏菌优化检测方法来检测便样标本中的沙门氏菌,而对照组则采用标准的检测方法进行检测,比较两组标本沙门氏菌的检出率的区别。结果经过检测,采用优化检测方法检测沙门氏菌的检出率为3.25%远高于通过标准检测方法的1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论作为预防性体检中必不可少的项目,沙门氏菌的检测采用优化检测方法不仅检出率高,而且操作简单,可以广泛的应用于沙门氏菌的检测中。

Objective This article explores the role of Salmonella detection method plays in the prevention of physical examination. Methods 400 patients engaged in food hygiene industry are selected in our hospital. According to the test method,400 samples are divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group,Salmonella is detected by the method of optimal detection,while the control group is detected by standard test method. The difference of the detection rate of Salmonella in the two groups is compared. Results According to the detection,the Salmonella detection rate of optimized detection method is 3. 25%,much higher than that of the standard detection method and the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion As an essential part of preventive medical examination,the optimized Salmonella detection method has a higher detection rate and simpler operation. It can be widely used in the detection of Salmonella.
