摘要
目的本文旨在分析传统夹夜捕鼠法存在的问题,制定更加科学、高效的捕鼠手段,精确鼠密度(Density of rats)的计算,准确掌握黄骅港口岸鼠类分布情况。方法分别使用传统夹夜法及三夹法对神华港和综合港的鼠密度情况进行调查实验,并对调查结果予以对比。结果 2012年使用夹夜法在神华港、综合港共捕获老鼠3只,2013年和2014年采用三夹连放法分别捕获老鼠43只和41只。结论相比传统夹夜法,三夹连放法捕鼠率更高,得到的调查数据误差更低,应摒弃传统夹夜捕鼠法,加大三夹连放法的使用力度。
Objective In order to analyze and resolve the problems of the traditional trap-at-night method,this article designs a more scientific method for catching rats and getting more accurate density and distribution of rats.Methods Implement the investigation of rats＇ density in Huanghua Port by trap-at-night method and three-trap method respectively,and then compare the data. Results 3 rats are caught by traditional trap-at-night method in Huanghua Port in 2012,41 rats and 43 rats are caught by using three-trap method in 2013 and 2014 respectively. Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,three-trap method is more effective on rat-catching and with lower error limit. So traditional method should be abandoned and three-trap method could be widespread.
