摘要
本文简要分析了几种主要建筑模板的使用现状及存在的问题,介绍了木塑复合材料作为模板用材的独特优势。针对目前木塑复合材刚性和韧性不足的问题,总结了已有的改善方法,即增加厚度和添加无机刚性粒子、纤维等可以提高木塑复合模板的刚性,使用弹性体可以提高木塑复合模板的抗冲击韧性;优化模板组合结构可以制备密度低综合性能优异的木塑复合建筑模板。通过不断完善木塑复合材料的性能,将使其在建筑模板领域得到更好的应用,对减少木材资源消耗具有重要作用。
The application status and existed problems of several major construction formworks were briefly introduced,and the unique advantages of wood-plastic composites( WPC) as construction formwork were explained. For the problem of low rigidity and toughness of WPC,three methods for improving the impact strength and modulus of current WPC construction formwork were summarized,e. g. increasing the thickness of WPC panel and introducing stiff inorganic particles to improve the modulus of WPC,adding elastomer fillers to improve the impact strength of WPC,and optimizing the structure of WPC to make WPC with lower density and better properties. The improved properties could make WPC more and more useful in the construction formwork application,which will significantly reduce the consumption of wood resources.
