面向工程作业环境的一种可充电双控照明鞋设计

摘要 通过对工程作业环境调查,结合当前市场需求,设计出一款面向光线较暗工程作业环境的实用性照明鞋。该设计通过USB接口充电器和太阳能电池板作为电能来源,存储于锂电池中为鞋体LED灯装置提供电量,使其发挥照明作用;结合光控传感器和压力传感器原理,在"较低光照"和"较大压力"双重条件作用下,实现照明鞋体LED灯电路控制,实验表明当光照强度≤80lx,作业者体重≥25kg时,可有效控制照明电路开关;通过模拟试验法确定LED灯型号,确保LED灯达到理想的照亮范围和照明程度。该设计可以广泛应用于较暗工程作业环境中,作业者无需手拿照明设施,即可正常作业,提高了作业效率,增加了实用便捷性。 Through the investigation of the engineering environment,combined with the current market demand,lighting shoes were designed for low-light environment. The design via the USB interface charger and solar panels will provide electrical energy,and store energy in the lithium battery for the LED lamp,playing the role of lighting; using optically controlled sensors and pressure sensors,in the"low light"and"high pressure"double conditions,the lighting LED circuit control for shoes can be realized. The experiment showed that when light intensity was less than or equal to 80 lx and the operator's weight was more than or equal to 25 kg,the switch of the lighting circuit can be effectively controlled. The simulation test method was used to determine led lamp type and ensure that LEDd lamp to achieve the ideal range of lighting and lighting levels. The design can be widely used in low-light working environment,and the operator doesn't need to hold the lighting facilities,which can improve the work efficiency and increase the practical convenience.
