摘要
通过室内试验,结合项目桥面铺装特点和气候条件,对NKY、热喷SBS改性沥青、改性乳化沥青、橡胶沥青4种防水粘结材料,进行低温柔韧性、耐热性、抗拉性能、抗剪性能、抗渗水性能以及常低温条件下抗损伤性能的试验,对比分析各性能,并综合考虑项目冬季施工的实际情况,最终确定在该桥面铺装中采用NKY防水粘结材料,洒布量为0.9 kg/m2。
Through the indoor experiment,combined with bridge deck pavement characteristics of the project and climatic conditions,the performance of four kinds of waterproof adhesive materials including the NKY,thermal spray SBS modified asphalt,modified emulsified asphalt,and rubber asphalt were tested in terms of low temperature flexibility,heat resistance,tensile properties,anti-shear strength,impermeability performance and anti-damage performance under the condition of low temperature. By comparison and analysis and taking the actual situation of the project in winter construction into consideration,the NKY waterproof adhesive material was finally determined as the bridge pavement material and the usage amount was 0. 9 kg / m2.
