手术室青年护士专业核心能力的培养与实践

Training and practice of professional core competence for young nurses in the operating room

目的探讨专业核心能力培训在手术室青年护士中的应用效果。方法根据我院手术科室特点,制订了相适应的《手术室专业护士的核心能力模块》,根据核心能力及能级确定培训重点,对手术室23名青年护士进行培训。结果培训后青年护士核心能力综合考核成绩、术中手术配合质量得分明显高于培训前(P<0.01),而一年内发生不良事件的人数明显低于核心能力培训实施前(P<0.05)。结论通过有重点、系统的、阶梯式核心能力培训,提高手术室青年护士的整体配合质量,提高手术医生对手术室的满意度,从而提高其工作质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of the professional and core competence training for young operating room nurses. Methods The core competence modules for operating room professional nurses were established based on characteristics of our operating room. Training focus was determined by the core competence and ability level,and the focused,systematic and stepwise core competence training was performed. Results The results of core competence comprehensive appraisal and intraoperative cooperation were significantly better than those before the implementation of core competence training,and the occurrence rate of adverse events in one year was significantly lower than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through focused,systematic,stepwise core competence training,the quality of young nurses＇ cooperation,the satisfaction of doctors towards operating room,and the quality of work were all improved.
