摘要
结直肠癌(CRC)是个多因素、多步骤,并同多种基因相关联所致的疾病。近年来研究表明micro RNA(miRNA)与CRC的发病中基因表达调控方面关系密切,miRNA可以通过靶基因进而调控蛋白,这些受其调控的蛋白也能反过来调控miRNA的表达,从而在体内形成了一个复杂的调控网络,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起到了重要的作用。miR-101在CRC中表达水平下调,并且通过多个靶向位点及通路调控CRC细胞增殖、侵袭和转移。笔者就miR-101在CRC发生发展中的作用作一综述。
Colorectal cancer(CRC) results from multistep and multifactorial processes and is associated with the inl uences of multiple genes. Recent studies demonstrated that micro RNAs(miRNAs) have close relation with the regulation of gene expressions in oncogenesis of CRC. Mi RNAs can regulate proteins through their target genes, and these proteins controlled by miRNAs can also in turn modulate the expression of miRNAs, which establishes a complex regulatory network that plays an important role in occurrence and development of tumors. Mi R-101 has been found down-regulated in CRC, and regulating the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of CRC cells through multiple target sites and pathways. In this article, the authors address the role of mi R-101 in formation and progress of CRC.
