腹会阴联合直肠癌切除术后的全肛门直肠重建的研究进展

Advances in total anorectal reconstruction after abdominoperineal resection

腹会阴联合切除术是治疗低位直肠癌的标准术式,但避免腹壁永久造口、改善生活质量一直是患者的渴望,也是对外科医师的巨大挑战。而腹会阴联合切除术后的全直肠肛门重建就是应用各种重建手术重建肛门及内外括约肌功能,避免永久腹壁造口而产生的身体外形及排便功能方面的改变。笔者对此领域的研究现状及进展做一综述。

Abdominoperineal resection（APR） is a standard procedure for low rectal cancer. However, avoiding a permanent colostomy thereby improving the quality of life has long been a desire of patients as well as a great challenge to surgeons. Total anorectal reconstruction（TAR） at er APR is to prevent those changes in physical appearance and defecation function resulting from permanent colostomy by various reconstructive procedures to reconstruct rectum and the function of internal and external sphincters. Here, the author presents the current status and progress in this i eld.
