微胶囊技术在蓄热调温非织造布壁纸上的应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂(MUF)为壁材,相变材料正十八烷为芯材,通过原位聚合法制备微胶囊。配制相变微胶囊涂层液,采取干法涂层工艺将微胶囊涂覆在非织造布上,制成蓄热调温功能材料。针对新型调温壁纸研发中遇到的问题,通过扫描电子显微镜、测温仪、织物透气量仪等测试手段,探讨相变微胶囊整理工艺对材料厚度、透气性和调温性能的影响。测试结果表明,干法涂层工艺使微胶囊均匀地附着在壁纸表面,壁纸的厚度不发生明显变化,壁纸具有较好的透气性和良好的蓄热调温功能。 Phase change material N-octadecane microcapsules, with melamine, urea and formaldehyde( MUF) as shell material,were manufactured by in-situ polymerization. Microcapsule coating solutions were prepared and coated on the SMS nonwoven fabric by dry coating process to get heat-storage and thermo-regulated functional material. The preblems in research and development taken into consideration,the effect of the coating process of microcapsules on the thickness,air permeability and temperature control of products were analyzed and discussed by SEM,temperature gauge and air permeability measuring instrument respectively. The result showed that dry coating process made microcapsules adhere uniformly to the surface,the thickness of wallpaper didn't change obviously,and the wallpaper possessed better air permeability and thermo-regulated function.
