高等职业教育国家精品课程建设与应用现状的调查研究

Investigation on the Status of the Development and Application of National Excellent Courses in Higher Vocational Education

本研究对高等职业教育国家精品课程建设项目的实施进行了全面的回顾与分析,客观地评估了项目的实施成本,总结了项目实施所取得的成果。高等职业教育国家精品课程建设已初步形成了国家、省市、学校三级精品课程体系,提高了高职院校教学质量,促进了教师专业能力的发展,初步实现了优质教学资源共享,推进了高职院校信息化建设进程。研究分析了高职精品课程建设中存在的问题,主要表现在开发成本高、应用效益低,课程后期改造任务重,课程分布存在地域、专业不平衡,课程评估体系有待完善。最后,本研究针对存在的问题提出了解决策略,提出应加强高职精品课程建设的整体规划,加强高职精品课程共建共享,提高高职精品课程的应用效益,敦促高职院校加大课程改革力度,完善高职精品课程的评估指标体系和评估方式。

Based on the review and analysis of the implementation of the National Excellent Courses Development Project in higher vocational education, this study objectively evaluates the costs of the implementation of the project, and summarizes the achievements of the implementation. The National Excellent Courses Development Project has formed a preliminary system that includes national, provincial,and school levels of excellent courses. The project has enhanced the quality of the instruction in higher vocational colleges. It has improved the professional development of the teachers in higher vocational colleges. It has realized the initial sharing of high quality curriculum resources, and advanced the application of information technology in higher vocational colleges. This study also examines the issues in the development of the excellent courses in higher vocational education. The issues are： the development costs are high, the application efficiency of the courses are low, the tasks to further modify and improve the courses are heavy, the distribution of the courses in is unequal among different geographic regions and disciplines, and the courses evaluation system needs to be improved. Finally, this study proposes strategies to solve the existing issues. It suggests： improving the overall development plan of the excellent courses in higher vocational education, enhancing the co-development and sharing of the courses among higher vocational colleges, improving the application efficiency of the courses, urging the higher vocational colleges to greatly reform their curriculum, and perfecting the evaluation system and methods of the courses in higher vocational education.
