关于胸腰椎损伤分类及严重程度评分系统的若干反思 被引量:1

摘要 在过去近一个世纪里,不同学者围绕胸腰段脊柱的解剖学、生物力学、损伤机制对胸腰椎损伤进行分类,不同评分系统相互传承、补充和不断发展,对胸腰椎损伤的治疗具有重要的指导意义,同时对患者的预后起到了积极促进作用。笔者就应用较为广泛的几种评分系统及其应用中存在的问题进行探讨。
