氢气对脊髓继发性损伤的保护作用

摘要 脊髓损伤是常见的严重创伤。据统计,全世界SCI发生率达23/100万,每年新增约18万例[1]。在美国,仅2010年就有12400例新发病例,据估计至2050年,可能会超过17560例[2]。脊髓损伤多见于交通伤和高处坠落伤,男性多于女性,发病高峰年龄〈30岁[3]。脊髓损伤可导致损伤节段以下神经功能部分或全部丧失,常伴发呼吸功能衰竭、泌尿系统感染、褥疮等严重并发症。
