应用型高校教师提升实践教学能力的对策分析——以法学专业为例

An Analysis of Countermeasures for Application-Oriented University Teachers to Improve Practical Teaching Ability——A Case Study on Law Major

为了适应社会需求,许多高等教育本科院校纷纷转型为应用型高校,应用型高校注重对学生实践性、应用性和技术性的培养,而这一培养目标的实现依赖于建设一支既有扎实理论知识、又有丰富实践经验的高素质教师队伍。而目前许多高校教师虽然学历高,但实践能力严重不足,在教学上偏重理论知识的传授,轻视对学生实践能力的培养,使应用型人才的培养目标无法实现。文章认为青年教师在重视理论进修的同时,应重视实践能力的提高,并给出了提升教师实践教学能力相应的对策。

In order to adapt to social needs,many colleges and universities have transformed themselves into application-oriented institutions, which attach great importance to the cultivation of practical ability,application ability and technical skills of their students. And the realization of this objective depends on the high-quality of university teachers to possess both solid theoretical knowledge and abundant experience in practice. However at present,although many teachers possess advanced degrees,they are in a serious shortage of practice ability,which leads to a theory-oriented teaching method and the neglects to help improve students＇ practice ability. And the objective to cultivate application-oriented intelligence is yet to be achieved. Therefore,it is a major issue for every application-oriented colleges and universities to confront with： how to guide teachers especially those young to continue pursuing advancement in their theory studies while pay more attention to the improvement of their practical ability.
