摘要
为了适应社会需求,许多高等教育本科院校纷纷转型为应用型高校,应用型高校注重对学生实践性、应用性和技术性的培养,而这一培养目标的实现依赖于建设一支既有扎实理论知识、又有丰富实践经验的高素质教师队伍。而目前许多高校教师虽然学历高,但实践能力严重不足,在教学上偏重理论知识的传授,轻视对学生实践能力的培养,使应用型人才的培养目标无法实现。文章认为青年教师在重视理论进修的同时,应重视实践能力的提高,并给出了提升教师实践教学能力相应的对策。
In order to adapt to social needs,many colleges and universities have transformed themselves into application-oriented institutions, which attach great importance to the cultivation of practical ability,application ability and technical skills of their students. And the realization of this objective depends on the high-quality of university teachers to possess both solid theoretical knowledge and abundant experience in practice. However at present,although many teachers possess advanced degrees,they are in a serious shortage of practice ability,which leads to a theory-oriented teaching method and the neglects to help improve students' practice ability. And the objective to cultivate application-oriented intelligence is yet to be achieved. Therefore,it is a major issue for every application-oriented colleges and universities to confront with: how to guide teachers especially those young to continue pursuing advancement in their theory studies while pay more attention to the improvement of their practical ability.
