校地合作培养应用型文科人才的探索与实践--以南京理工大学紫金学院为例

Exploration and Practice on Cooperation between Colleges and Local Governments to Cultivate Applied Talents of Arts and Social Science

校地合作是高素质应用型文科人才培养的重要途径。如何因地制宜找到适合的校地合作方式,是地方本科院校培养应用型文科人才应重点关注的课题。南京理工大学紫金学院与南京市某区政府开展校地合作,不仅对应用型文科人才的培养起到了积极作用,而且使政府的绩效考核更加具有科学性和公正性。校地合作实现了高校与地方政府的互动双赢。

cooperation between colleges and local governments is an important way to cultivate high qualityapplied talents of arts and social science. Therefore, how to seek appropriate measures in accordance with local conditions should be the focus of independent colleges to promote their cooperation with local governments. Institute of Technology of Zijin Nanjing University of Science and Technology works together with one district government of Nanjing. On the one hand, this act takes an active role on the cultivation of high quality applied talents of liberal arts. On the other hand, it ensures the scientificity and impartiality of government performance appraisal. The cooperation achieves a win-win situation.
