两种脱敏剂在治疗超声洁牙后牙本质敏感的疗效对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价极固宁、75%氟化钠甘油在治疗超声洁治后所致牙本质过敏症的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法将78例516颗患牙随机分为2组,即极固宁组、75%氟化钠甘油脱敏组,分别进行脱敏治疗,观察治疗后即刻、1月疼痛的VAS值。结果极固宁组即刻有效率(92.74%)明显优于75%氟化钠甘油脱敏组(71.64%);而脱敏后1月,2组的有效率无显著差异(93.14%vs 92.16%,P>0.05)。结论极固宁由于它的双重脱敏作用,在脱敏治疗的即刻疗效明显,是较为理想的治疗超声洁治后牙本质过敏症的脱敏剂,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of GreenOrTM and 75% sodium fluoride glycerin on dentin hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling and to discuss their mechanisms. Methods A total of 516 dentin hypersensitivity teeth of 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treated with GreenOrTM or 75% sodium fluoride glycerin respectively. The visual analogue scale were evaluated immediately and 1 month after treatment. Results The immediate therapeutic effect in the group treated with GreenOrTM was more effective than that in the group treated with 75% sodium fluoride glycerin(92.74% vs 71.64%,p〈0.05). After one month, the results of the two groups(93.14% vs 92.16%, p 〈0.05) were basically the same. Conclusions The immediate efficiency of GreenOrTM is significant because of its double desensitive effects. The Green Or TM is an ideal desensitizer to dentin hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling. And it is easy to use and worthy of clinical application.
