复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的比较美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎与复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎二者的疗效。方法选取轻中度腹泻型溃疡性结肠炎患者共86例,随机分为2组。对照组42例,给予美沙拉嗪治疗;治疗组44例,给予复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗。运用统计学方法比较2组患者治疗有效率,并对2者治疗后电子肠镜检查结果进行比较。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率90.9%,对照组的治疗有效率为78.6%.通过电子肠镜检查结果比较,治疗组有效率为93.2%,对照组有效率为69.0%,2组结果均显示治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎,它能缓解症状、促进肠黏膜修复,值得推广。 Objective To compare the treatment effect of ulcerative colitis between Mesalazine and compound glutamine enteric Capsules combined with Mesalazine. Methods 86 cases of mild to moderate degree of UC patients from October 2012 to December2014 in our hospital were divided randomly into two groups. 42 patients in control group were given Mesalazine treatment while the 44 patients in treatment group were given Compound glutamine enteric Capsules combined with Mesalazine treatment. Then to compare the curative effect and disease activity under endoscopy of the two groups after treatment with statistical methods. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.9% and 78.6% for control group. And compare the clinical effectiveness of electronic colonoscopy, The effective rate of treatment group was 93.2% and 69.0% for control group. Both the two curative results showed that the treatment group is better than control group and there was statistic difference(p〈0.01). Conclusions Compound glutamine enteric Capsules treatment of ulcerative colitis could relieve symptoms and promote intestinal repair, which is worthy of promotion.
