摘要
目的探讨优质护理在宫腔镜检查及治疗输卵管性不孕患者中的应用效果;方法选取201404-201503期间就诊于临汾人民医院生殖医学中心输卵管阻塞患者30例,行宫腔镜检查及治疗过程中,予以优质护理服务,观察临床效果;结果患者均较好的接受宫腔镜检查和治疗,未出现感染、大出血等严重并发症,术后随访患者均恢复良好;结论优质护理服务能够有效增加宫腔镜检查及治疗的安全性,是保证宫腔镜检查及治疗成功的关键,在临床上值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application effect of high quality nursing in hysteroscopy and treatment of tubal infertility.Method We selected 30 patients with fallopian tube obstruction in Reproductive Medicine Center of Linfen People＇s Hospital from201404 to 201503, provided high quality nursing during the treatment and observed the clinical effect. Result Patients received good hysteroscopy and treatment, with no serious complications such as infection or hemorrhoea. They recovered well after operation.Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the safety of hysteroscopy and treatment. It is the key of the success of hysteroscopy and treatment, which is worth promoting.
